Paratus opens Lesotho operation offering Starlink enterprise connectivity

Paratus Group has announced a new Lesotho operation offering Starlink enterprise connectivity and wider network services backed by local customer and technical support.

Paratus Lesotho is a joint venture between Real Image Lesotho and Paratus Group. The company’s 5 November announcement names Makali Lepholisa as managing director.

The new operation targets businesses and organisations across Lesotho. It adds a local service and support structure to Paratus’s wider African connectivity network, rather than simply directing customers to purchase equipment without an in-country provider.

Lepholisa brings experience in customs modernisation, trade facilitation and business strategy. The company presents the launch as part of its expansion into additional African markets. Enterprise customers should obtain service availability, equipment requirements, pricing and support commitments directly from the provider; the announcement does not establish that identical service conditions apply in every part of the country.
