DPI’s Nclude fund reaches final close above $112 million

DPI Venture Capital has announced a final close of more than $112 million for the Nclude Fund, adding investment capacity for technology businesses in Africa and the Middle East.

The firm dated its announcement 27 October. Nclude began in Egypt in 2022, with DPI taking over investment advisory management following a restructuring in 2025. Coverage of the close identifies fintech and technology-enabled financial services as central to the fund’s mandate.

A fund close records commitments to an investment vehicle; it does not mean the entire amount has already reached startups. For founders, the development is a new fundraising milestone to track alongside the fund’s investment criteria and subsequent deal announcements. Its practical impact will become clearer as capital is deployed into companies and follow-on rounds.
