MTN Ghana has reported service revenue of GHS23.2 billion for the nine months to September 2026, an increase of 33.5% from a year earlier. Its third-quarter service revenue reached GHS8.2 billion, up 35.7%.

The figures combine Scancom PLC and MobileMoney Fintech Limited. The company describes this presentation as illustrative, rather than consolidated financial statements, following the separation of its fintech business in March.

Data generated GHS13.5 billion, growing 44.5% and accounting for 58.1% of service revenue. Average monthly usage per active data customer reached 19.8GB. Mobile Money revenue increased 24.4% to GHS5.4 billion, while voice revenue rose 7.6% to GHS3.1 billion.

Profit after tax increased 43% to GHS7.8 billion. The results underline the growing contribution of data consumption and digital financial services to the operator’s business, alongside its continuing voice operation. The board approved the results on 28 October.
