Continent 8 Technologies has announced its first African deployment in Johannesburg, extending its managed infrastructure and private network into South Africa.

The company’s 30 September 2026 announcement gives the launch period as the fourth quarter of 2026.

Its intended service range includes colocation, cloud connectivity and managed cybersecurity, with an established focus on regulated online gaming and sports-betting operators.

The announcement places a new regional presence within the company’s wider international network. The stated quarter is a deployment window; it should not be converted into an independently verified opening date for every service. Confirmed local availability and customer deployment details remain the practical milestones to track.
